How is it delivered?
Enter your exact Minecraft username in the basket. Once Stripe confirms the payment, the rank or coins are granted on the server. If you're online you'll see it immediately, otherwise on your next login.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, any time from the link in your Stripe receipt email. You keep the rank until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do ranks give an advantage in fights?
No. Every perk is cosmetic or convenience: customisers, effects, kit slots, party and tournament tools.
Refunds
Digital goods are delivered instantly, so purchases are final. Open a ticket in Discord if something did not arrive and we'll sort it out.
